A golf simulator bay set up inside a darkened event space, a fairway projected onto the impact screen.

Mobile golf Experience · Abbotsford & the Fraser Valley

We bring the golf to you

We haul the full rig to your room, set it up, and run it while your guests play. Screen, projector, launch monitor, mats, clubs. You point, we do the rest.

How it works ↓
  • We come to you
  • Setup and teardown included
  • Indoors, whatever the weather
  • Chilliwack to Langley

How it works

Three steps, and none of them are yours

  1. Send us the date

Tell us where you are, what the event is, and roughly how many people. We will tell you straight whether the rig fits your space and your date.

  2. We arrive and set up

We unload, build the bay, calibrate the launch monitor and test it before your first guest walks in. Setup takes about One Hour.

  3. Your guests play

People take turns, the shots go up on screen, and the crowd around it does the rest. When the event ends, we pack up.

our gear

The rig fits anywhere with a bit of covering and a plug. What changes between events is how we run it — the format, the pace, and how hard we encourage people to take a swing.

What travels

The whole course
to your event

Everything that makes a proper simulator bay work travels with us: a full-size impact screen, a projector throwing a real course onto it, a launch monitor reading every shot, and a hitting mat that lets people swing hard without wrecking your floor.

It arrives in the trailer and leaves in the trailer. We build it, tune it, run it and take it apart. Nothing gets bolted to your walls and nothing gets left behind.

  • Full-size impact screen and hitting bay enclosure
  • Projector and a Foresight GC3 launch monitor
  • FSX Play with 25+ courses, plus driving range and contest modes
  • Commercial hitting mat, right and left handed

FAQ

The questions hosts actually ask

How much space does it need?

Roughly 15ft wide by 15ft deep, with 11ft of clear ceiling. If you are not sure, give us a call we will tell you before you book.

What if my guests have never golfed?

We set the software so a beginner's shot still flies, and someone from our crew is there to help first time players to feel comfortable and included so nobody gets left standing at the mat guessing.

Can it go outside?

Absolutely, however the rig does require level ground and protection from wind and rain, so a tent will be needed on a rainy day, but an open lawn usually does the trick on a sunny days. Tell us the setup and we'll give you a straight answer rather than a maybe.

How many people can play in an hour?

It depends how you run it. Quick closest-to-the-pin turns move a lot of people through; a full scramble on one course moves far fewer. We'll pick a format that suits your guest count.

Do you stay and run it?

Depends on the event if there is a big enough group, or there are other things happening at the same time. Someone from Nomad Greens stays with the rig, resets it between players, keeps the leaderboard going and troubleshoots so you never have to. if its a small gethering with a few friends, we do have the option to have a more private experience with the rig and your friends.

Where do you travel?

Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Langley, Mission, and Aldergrove are all covered. Beyond that we still travel — up to 100km — with a travel fee of $150.
